T. Sean Casey, M.S. is the founder and director of ANCESTRALCIRCLE.  Sean has journeyed around the world, visiting countries as diverse as India, Russia, Iceland and Tahiti, and into the Arctic Circle. His interest in Native American philosophy began when he was a boy, and starting in the 1970s Sean began to immerse himself in those teachings, legends and lore. As he went along he had the opportunity to receive his training in ceremony through close association with a great number of well respected American Indian elders. Foremost among them have been his “Spiritual Uncle” Gheezis Mockwa (a world visionary and medicine man from the Chippewa tradition). To fulfill a four year commitment, Sean danced in the Four Nation’s Sun Dance led by Charles Chips, and later by Milton Highbear.  For more than seven years he lived and traveled throughout Europe supporting people on Vision Quests and sharing his knowledge of Native American Philosophy and Ceremony.  While in Europe Sean was influenced and inspired by the work of English Druid, Phillip Carr-Gom and Hungarian Shaman, Josca Soos. He has also acquainted himself with some of the spiritual drumming practices of the Sami (Lapland) people of northern Sweden. Sean is a Ritual Elder and has knowledge of many traditional healing techniques. The ceremonies he currently teaches are not related to any American Indian tribal tradition. In recent years he has been actively working to revive the ancient Irish spirituality that is his genetic heritage, and through ANCESTRAL CIRCLE, works to encourage people of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds to rediscover the ancestral tribal links to Earth-Connected Spirituality that resonate in us all. Sean is a State Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University. Sean has published two books of poetry, and is currently residing in San Francisco.

Her continuing education led her to receive training as a medical doctor, a profession she worked in for many years.  She was later trained in Psychotherapy based on the teachings of Carl Rogers, and became a member of the German Rogers Society.  In 1984 she followed her interest in Shamanism and began a lengthy study with Michael Harner and Sandra Ingerman, becoming a member of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.  Her studies also put her in touch with Archie Fire and Black Elk (Lakota), Juan Camargo Huaman and Inti Cesar Malasquez, (Inca tradition) and Gheezis Mockwa (Chippewa), with whom she apprenticed for many years. Karin is widely traveled and her varied interests have, in recent years, led her to a study of Tibetan Buddhism in retreats with Sogyal Rinpoche, and Zen Buddhism with Thich Nhat Hanh.  As a Ritual Elder, the healing work she does includes daily drumming and meditation, use of crystals, Soul Retrieval and cleansing ceremonies. Additionally, she works with people who suffer from terminal illnesses, and in helping dying or dead persons to find their way to the Light.  Karin is the mother of 3 children, and has 6 grandchildren.  She is currently a Canadian citizen.
